How to Recall Your Memory of Your Work with remio

features

“In the scenario where your boss mentions a product during a meeting, and you've opened the website amidst many tabs and recorded it in your meeting notes."

remio offers several ways to recall this information:

  1. Search by Keyword:

    • If you remember any keywords related to the product mentioned by your boss, you can use remio's Search function. The search bar is typically located on the homepage and supports keyword input.

    • You can search for terms directly related to the product name or any specific features or context discussed during the meeting that you might have noted down.

    • remio's search will look through your Notes, which would include your meeting notes where you recorded the product information. It can also potentially search through Unprocessed notes if you used the browser extension to highlight or save information from the product's website.

    • The Search function supports voice input as well ("Ask remio"), offering an alternative way to initiate your search.

    • Search results are displayed and often include keyword highlighting for quick identification.

  2. Ask remio (AI Assistant):

    • You can utilize remio's Chat or AI Question and Answer Chat feature to recall the information. This can be accessed through the bottom navigation bar.

    • You can ask remio questions like:

      • "What was the name of the product my boss mentioned in the meeting today?" (assuming you took meeting notes in remio).

      • "Find my notes about the similar product discussed in the meeting about [meeting topic] on [date]."

      • "Show me the website I opened related to [product keyword] around [time of meeting]." (if remio has captured your browsing history through a browser extension, although this specific feature isn't explicitly detailed but implied through web capture).

    • The AI assistant can provide learning suggestions, resource recommendations, and answer questions based on your stored knowledge.

By using either the Search function with relevant keywords from your meeting notes or directly querying Ask remio with specific details about the meeting, you can effectively recall the information about the product mentioned by your boss, even if you had many tabs open during your research.

Writing Weekly / Monthly Reports:

Based on your outline for writing weekly/monthly reports, remio can assist in the following ways:

  1. Journaling (Notes):

    • You can use remio's Notes module to keep a daily or weekly journal of your work activities, progress, and key information. The Notes feature supports rich text editing, allowing you to format your journal entries.

  2. Combining Information (Collections & Fuse):

    • You can gather related journal entries or specific notes relevant to your report into Collections. Collections help organize related knowledge.

    • remio also offers a Fuse (or "Blend it") functionality. This AI-powered feature can help you intelligently match and integrate content from different notes. You can select your journal entries or relevant notes and use Fuse to identify overlapping themes, combine information seamlessly, and ensure a more coherent and readable output. The Fuse feature can be triggered from the list of notes or within a note's details.

    • Smart recommendations for target notes are provided during the fusion process. You can choose to directly fuse, fuse and summarize, or manually search for notes to blend with.

  3. Asking remio to Write the Combined Report (AI Assistant):

    • Once you have your journal entries and potentially combined information using Collections or Fuse, you can leverage Ask remio to help you write the weekly or monthly report.

    • You can provide context to remio by referencing your journal entries or the collection of relevant notes. For example, you could ask:

      • "Summarize the key achievements and progress from my journal entries in the 'Weekly Journal - [Date Range]' collection."

      • "Write a weekly report based on the notes in the 'Project X Progress - Week [Number]' collection, highlighting key tasks completed and any roadblocks."

      • "Combine the information from my fused notes on 'Project Y' and generate a monthly progress report."

    • Ask remio can then process this information and generate a draft of your report, saving you time and effort in synthesizing the information yourself.

By following this process, you can use remio not only to record your work activities in a journal but also to effectively combine this information and utilize its AI capabilities to generate comprehensive weekly or monthly reports.

The Fuse functionality is particularly valuable for consolidating scattered information into a cohesive form before asking remio to generate a final report.
