The percentage aligns with Jove PCB’s previously disclosed first-half 2025 profit of RMB 16.78 million. Applying the reported growth rate produces approximately RMB 38.61 million, which supports the headline calculation.
However, the complete 2026 interim filing was not available through indexed exchange records when this analysis was prepared. Revenue, gross margin, cash flow, and nonrecurring items therefore remain unconfirmed here.
That distinction matters because Jove PCB, also known as Zhongfu Circuit, entered 2026 with two competing stories. Demand for printed circuit boards was rising, especially around AI power systems, but costs and inventory had limited profit conversion.
The reported rebound suggests that the better story gained ground during the first half. It does not yet show whether stronger operations, financial gains, government support, or another temporary factor supplied the improvement.

That implied baseline matches the company’s 2025 interim report. That filing recorded RMB 16.78 million in attributable net profit, down 34.13 percent from the previous year.
The earlier report also recorded RMB 849.14 million in revenue, up 27.84 percent. Its core printed circuit board business generated RMB 758.62 million, with a gross margin of 16.91 percent.
Those numbers exposed the problem that Jove PCB needed to solve. Sales were growing, yet attributable profit was shrinking because the additional business did not flow cleanly into earnings.
Management expenses reached RMB 37.82 million during the first half of 2025, more than double the prior-year amount. The company linked that increase to additional staff and startup costs at its Thailand plant.
Research spending also rose 28.30 percent to RMB 45.62 million. That investment supported more demanding board designs, but it placed another immediate burden on reported profit.
