Tables

Tables are multi-dimensional grids inside remio. Use them to manage structured records—projects, people, inventories, or todos—next to the rest of your knowledge base. A Table is a first-class item: it can be searched, linked, and used by Chat.

Create a Table

Open the resource pane on the right, go to Tables, and create a new table. Give it a name, then add fields for the data you want to track.

Work in the grid

Each Table opens as a spreadsheet-style grid. You can:

  • Filter, sort, and group rows to focus on what matters.

  • Add formulas to compute values from other fields.

  • Create relation fields that link to other notes, files, or tables.

  • Attach files and use button fields to trigger an agent or aApp action.

  • Search inside the grid, and export the current view as CSV.

Use Tables with Chat and links

Ask remio about a Table with @ mentions, or let an aApp (such as Todo) own a managed table with a locked schema. Tables can also be inlink and sublink targets, so they sit in the same linking graph as notes and files.

Tips
  • Start with a few fields and grow the schema as your workflow settles.

  • Use groups and filters for day-to-day views instead of duplicating tables.

  • Button fields are for actions (run an agent, open an aApp)—not for storing text.
