People

In daily work, our conversations are scattered across Slack, emails, documents, and meeting notes. When you need to review your complete interactions with a colleague or client, you often waste time switching between apps, searching, and piecing fragments together.
remio’s People feature solves this problem. It automatically creates a dedicated page for each person you interact with, consolidating all cross-platform communications and related materials into one timeline. This gives you a complete context in one place, without the hassle of searching multiple apps.
Understanding the People Feature
How People Pages Are Created
When you connect third-party apps (such as Slack or email) to remio, the system automatically identifies your contacts and creates “People” pages for them.
Automatic: No need to add people manually. remio uses email addresses or Slack IDs to generate the pages.
Continuously updated: New interactions are automatically added to the timeline.
What a People Page Includes
A People page acts like a personal archive for each contact, showing interactions in chronological order:
Slack messages: Direct chats and group conversations involving the person
Emails(Upcoming): Threads exchanged with the contact
Notes & documents: Any notes or files related to the person saved in remio
Each entry is clearly labeled with its source and timestamp, so you can easily trace the full context.
Organizations
Beyond individuals, remio automatically creates Organization pages based on email domains (e.g., @remio.ai).This helps you:
See all contacts from the same company in one place
Understand your team’s collective interactions with that organization
The “Me” Page: Your Personal Contribution Center
In addition to creating pages for others, remio also builds a special page just for you: “Me.”
Content: All content you send, write, or create (Slack messages, emails, notes, etc.)
Why it matters: It helps you review your personal contributions, prepare reports, track progress, or reflect on growth—all in one place.
