Prompt detail
過去 1 週間の Slack メッセージを確認して、見逃したメッセージや返信を忘れたメッセージを教えてください。
What the prompt does
Keeping up with Slack is overwhelming — important messages get buried under channels, threads, and DMs. When you're juggling projects, it's easy to read a message, intend to reply, and completely forget.
remio scans your Slack message history from the past week, identifies conversations where you were mentioned or messaged but never responded, and surfaces them in a prioritized list. You get a clear reminder of who's waiting on you, what the message was about, and how long ago it was sent — so you can follow up before it becomes awkward.
When to use
• After returning from PTO or a few days off, when your Slack inbox has piled up and you need to triage what still needs a response.
• At the end of a busy sprint week when you suspect you've left teammates hanging on questions or requests.
• Before a Monday standup so you can close open loops from last week and not get called out for ghosting a thread.
• When switching between multiple projects and you're unsure which cross-functional conversations you dropped.
• During quarterly reviews when responsiveness matters and you want to clean up outstanding communication debt.
Prompt examples
Input: Please check my Slack messages from the past week and remind me which ones I might have missed or forgotten to reply to.
remio responds:
I found 6 Slack messages from the past week where you were directly mentioned or DM'd but didn't reply. Here are the most notable ones: On Tuesday, Sarah Kim asked in #product-launch whether you'd reviewed the updated landing page copy — no response from you yet. On Wednesday, Dev Patel sent you a DM asking for the API credentials for the staging environment. On Thursday, in the #design-feedback thread, Marcus tagged you requesting approval on the new icon set, and 3 others are waiting on your reply to move forward. There's also a Friday message from your manager Lisa in #team-updates asking everyone to confirm attendance for next week's offsite. I'd recommend prioritizing Sarah's and Marcus's messages since both are blocking other people's work.
Tip 1: Narrow the time window if you only need recent gaps — try "past 3 days" instead of "past week" to get a shorter, more actionable list.
Tip 2: Ask remio to prioritize by urgency, e.g., "highlight any messages where someone is blocked waiting on my reply" to surface the most critical ones first.
Tip 3: Run this prompt every Friday as a weekly habit to prevent communication debt from accumulating over weekends.
